Respect for all users
All users of the Trading Art Cards platform, including artists, collectors, and enthusiasts, are expected to treat one another with respect and dignity. Harassment, bullying, or any other form of discrimination will not be tolerated.
Responsibility for content
All users are responsible for the content they upload, share, or submit to the Trading Art Cards platform. This includes ensuring that the content does not infringe on any intellectual property rights, does not violate any laws or regulations, and does not contain hate speech, offensive language, or explicit material.
Ethical and lawful behavior
Users are expected to behave ethically and within the bounds of the law. This includes, but is not limited to, avoiding plagiarism, fraud, and any other unethical behavior.
Protecting personal information
Users are expected to respect the privacy of others and to protect their own personal information. This includes not sharing personal information of others without their permission, and ensuring that personal information is protected and not shared with unauthorized third parties.
Reporting inappropriate behavior
If a user witnesses behavior that they believe violates this Code of Conduct, they should report the behavior to the appropriate authorities.
Consequences of violating the Code of Conduct
Any user who violates this Code of Conduct may face consequences including, but not limited to, removal of their content, suspension or termination of their account, and/or legal action.
